The Town Board of the Town of Clayton met in the Town Board Room with the following present:

Robert W. Cantwell Jr., George Kittle, Justin Taylor, Donald Turcotte, Bonnie Rose, Kathy LaClair, Kelly Vadney (WDT), Rob Campany (BCA)

Supervisor Cantwell Jr. opened the Special Board meeting at 5:00PM.

Town Clerk:

-        Reject Opera House General Contractor bids of 9/13/06

Motion by Bonnie Rose, 2^nd by Donald Turcotte, to reject the Opera House General Contractor bids of 9/13/06.  All in favor.

Supervisor:

-        Action on Opera House General Contractor re-bid:

Supervisor Cantwell stated that two (2) weeks ago we advertised for a re-bid.  Rob Campany distributed a Bid Tabulation Sheet with eleven (11) Alternate bids.  Supervisor Cantwell stated given the 11 alternate bids, we’re not prepared to make a recommendation for action at this time and we will postpone any further action until our next meeting on the 10/25.

Motion by George Kittle, 2^nd by Bonnie Rose, to adjourn this Special Meeting at 5:08 PM.  All in favor.
