Special Meeting

The Town Board of the Town of Clayton held a special meeting at the Village Municipal Building with the following present:

 Justin Taylor, George Kittle, Donald Turcotte, Robert Boulton, Kathy LaClair, Nicole Cornaire, Lance Peterson, Bill Udart, Kelly Vadney  (WDT), Kristina Rusho (TI Sun), Tim Orvis

The Board meeting was opened at 4:00 PM by Supervisor Taylor who indicated that this was a special meeting to appoint a person to the Board.  No other business would be conducted at this meeting.

Motion by Donald Turcotte, 2nd by George Kittle, to appoint Lance Peterson to the Town Board vacancy.  Motion carried.

Supervisor Taylor congratulated Mr. Peterson.

Supervisor Taylor announced that the Town Board was greatly saddened by the passing of former Town Clerk and current Town Councilwoman Bonnie Rose.  Mrs. Rose was a vital member of our community and will be greatly missed.

Do to Mrs. Rose death, the Town Board will again advertise to fill a vacancy possibly before the end of the year.

Motion by George Kittle, 2^nd by Donald Turcotte, to adjourn this meeting at 4:05 PM.
