PUBLIC NOTICES: 

   The Town of Clayton Fire District will hold an election for the Town of Clayton registered voters on Tuesday, December 11, 2007. The polling places will be the one assigned to each Town of Clayton voter: that is the Clayton Fire Department, Graves Street and the Depauville Fire Department Social Hall, School Street. The polls will be open from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

   The purpose of the election is to select one (1) candidate as a member of the Town of Clayton Fire District Board of Commissioners. The candidate obtaining the most votes shall be elected to a five (5) year term.

PUBLIC NOTICE

   The Town of Clayton Fire District is accepting written notification from any residents of the Town of Clayton for candidates for Commissioner of the Town of Clayton Fire District. Persons must submit their names and addresses to Judy Cornick, Secretary, Town of Clayton Fire District, PO Box 237, Clayton, NY 13624 by November 21, 2007, to be included in the December 11, 2007 election.
